M.S. in Sustainability Management Integrative Capstone Workshop Final Briefings

The workshop final briefings are the culmination of semester-long projects on sustainability issues.  Students are enrolled in small, faculty-advised project teams that address a real world sustainability issue or project and deliver recommendations to a client organization.  This semester students have undertaken the following projects:

• Development of a New Communications Strategy for Freshkills Park

• Identification of Pervious Pavement Opportunities in NYC

• Mashomack Preserve: Sustainability strategies for renovating in a sensitive ecosystem

• New Award Metrics for Sustainability

• Insurance, Climate Change and Flood Resilience in New York City
